EUREKA is building the EU FarmBook – a centralized, open-source e-platform for collecting and sharing the many different types of end-user material and practical knowledge produced by Horizon 2020 multi actor projects related to agricultural and rural-innovation in Europe. The purpose is to make accessible the most relevant and high impact knowledge to the rural community and to reinforce an active and engaged multi-actor project community. The EUREKA project is building on the EURAKNOS project, which developed the prototype version of the EU FarmBook – presented to the full consortium for the first time at the final EURAKNOS conference held in February. Since then, the EUREKA team has taken the next steps to turn the prototype into the first functional test version that will be used to collect feedback from end-users, and now the public launch of the platform as a pilot project is getting very close!
