The innovations aimed at reducing food loss and waste that are being deployed, validated and boosted in LOWINFOOD are having an impact on the areas for which they have been developed.
An example of this is, among others, the fact that a group of bakeries has joined the roadmap against bread waste promoted by project partners or the invaluable opportunity some partners have had for showcasing the LOWINFOOD project and meeting new stakeholders who are working to build a sustainable fish value chain by attending the Scottish Skipper Expo.
