CO-FRESH goes beyond traditional methods. We’ve developed a unique framework that facilitates co-creation, ensuring all voices are heard and expertise is shared. This has yielded tangible results, including the creation of new tools and methodologies to enhance collaboration, and the development of a groundbreaking certification scheme to minimize microplastic contamination in food.
