The 37th EFFoST International Conference will be held between Novermber 6-8, hosted by the University of Valencia and the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA-CSIC) in the heart of Valencia. The conference main programme will revolve around Sustainable Food and Industry 4.0: Towards the 2030 Agenda. This theme is further examined with these three main conference subthemes:
- Food Sustainability
- New food product development: from risk assessment to nutritional foods
- Food and Microbes
