June 7th 2021 has been chosen by FAO to be “World Food Safety Day”. This year it is also the “International Day of Fruits and Vegetables”.
FEDALCYTA and ISEKI-Food take this opportunity to organise an online seminar in which different topics related to the safety of fruits/vegetables will be tackled: potential risks, treatments for safe foods, fifth-range products and new skills and competences for the vegan food industry. Participation is free to any person interested in the event.
